Maintenance Facility Phase II Redesign & Construction

Project Description:

The purpose of the maintenance facility project is to address space needs for the Public Works and Parks, Trails, and Recreation operations, to protect Village equipment, and to support long-term operations. The project was programmed in two phases. The second phase includes remodeling of the heater shop at the existing maintenance facility and an addition to the administrative offices.

Project Status: 

Proposals were received in June. Of the six proposals received, two firms were shortlisted and interviews are now scheduled for July.  Once the consultant team is selected, the design will start in late summer.  It is anticipated that the design and site approval will take nine (9) to twelve (12) months.
