Landmark Village is a proposed residential development on 13.1 acres at the southwest corner of Berry Avenue and Greenwood Plaza Boulevard, just south of the Landmark residential towers.  The property owner and developer is Century Communities.  The application includes a Site Development Plan, Special Use Permit, Preliminary Plat, Final Plat, and supporting documentation.  The proposal consists of 189 total units, including 152 town homes (in 17 buildings) and 37 single-family detached homes.
