Please fill out this form to request Village records and/or information. It will be submitted to the Records Custodian (the City Clerk) and your request will be filled within 3 business days. Requests regarding criminal justice records are not subject to this form and this procedure. Therefore, such requests should be directed to the Police Department records division at 303-773-2525.

Indicate the information desired or list each document. Occasionally, a request for public records will involve the need to perform extensive research and/or retrieval of documents. While the Village has a clear obligation to provide public records and information, it cannot effectively serve as a research service for citizens without affecting its ability to provide normal and usual services. Please try to be as specific as you can and include dates. The Village may charge, on an hourly basis, for research or retrieval of information. These fees are included in the Village's fee schedule.
