You are invited to free your mind and spirit along the 40 miles of trails that wind throughout the diverse landscapes of Greenwood Village. Trails provide recreational opportunities, preserve community and neighborhood character, protect natural habitat, and allow for improved water and air quality. Approximately 5.47 miles of premier regional trail, the High Line Canal, winds through the Village.
Along the Village trails you will enjoy breathtaking views, glimpses of wildlife, remnants of the Village’s rural heritage, and preserved waterways. Trail surface types include soft surfaces, i.e., crusher fines and earthen, along with asphalt and concrete trails. Refer to the Trail System Map to identify specific trail locations and trail surface types.
Greenwood Village’s trail system is open to pedestrians, hikers/joggers, bicyclists, and equestrians. In order to provide a more enjoyable experience on the Village trail system, please review our Trail Etiquette, to ensure that your experience is a memorable one!
