TOTAL COST OF PERMIT = Permit Fee + Plan Review Fee + Use Tax + Arapahoe County Open Space & Use Tax
Double Permit Fees may be applied if a permit was not issued before work started
*All permits with a contract price in excess of $5,833 will have Use Tax and Arapahoe County Open Space Sales & Use Tax assessed. (Exceptions: Demolition permits)
