(a) Regular Municipal Election. A regular municipal election shall be held on the first Tuesday in November, 1969, and biennially thereafter.

(b) Special Municipal Election. Special municipal elections shall be held in accordance with the provisions of this Charter and City ordinances.

(c) Polling Places. The polling places for all municipal elections shall be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. election days.

(d) Election Procedures. The City Council shall provide by ordinance the rules and procedures governing all municipal elections. (Amended at election held Nov. 2, 2004; amended at election held Nov. 6, 1990)
