A. The city council shall designate the legal newspaper of the city by resolution.

B. Any ordinance, resolution, notice or advertisement of the city which is required to be published shall be published in the newspaper designated by resolution of the city council as the city’s legal newspaper.

C. If publication in the city’s legal newspaper is not feasible, the city may publish any ordinance, resolution, notice or advertisement in any newspaper which meets the requirements of a legal newspaper in Arapahoe County. (Ord. 2003-16 § 1 (part))
