The commission shall elect a chairman and vice-chairman for terms of one year, with eligibility for re-election. The commission shall hold at least one meeting each month and keep a record of its resolutions, transactions, findings, and determinations, which record shall be a public record. The commission shall have the authority to adopt rules for the conduct of its business, a copy of which shall be filed with the city clerk. (Prior code § 5-1-4)
