Hearings provided by this chapter shall be conducted by the chief of police or his authorized representative in the manner and upon the notice required by Chapter 2.64 of this code. The decisions and determinations of the chief of police shall be subject to review or appeal as provided by such chapter. (Ord. 1992-47 § 24; prior code § 6-2-15)
