Chapter 9.12 OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC PEACE AND DECENCY
9.12.105 Alcoholic beverages—Hours of operation of licensed premises.
A. The words and phrases used in this section and in Sections
9.12.110 through 9.12.120 shall have the meanings set forth in the Colorado
statutes regulating the sale of liquor and fermented malt beverages, Articles
46, 47 and 48 of Title 12, C.R.S., or if not otherwise defined by law, are used
in their common, ordinary and accepted sense and meaning.
B. It is unlawful for any person who holds a tavern license
for the sale of malt, vinous and spirituous liquors to permit any person, other
than the owner, manager or employees of the licensed premises or the members of
any law enforcement agency, to be on the licensed premises between the hours of
two a.m. and seven a.m. of any day. (Ord. 1991-20)
