Chapter 15.04 DEFINITIONS
15.04.168 Directly adjacent.
"Directly adjacent" means two
properties that share a common point or that would share a common point were
it not for the presence of any public roadway or right-of-way. For purposes
of this Section, Interstate 25 shall be considered a public roadway, and the
presence of Interstate 25 between two properties shall not preclude a
finding of "directly adjacent." (Ord. 2008-17 § 1)
