15.04.242 Fixed wireless antenna.
"Fixed wireless antenna" means a stationary antenna installed on a customer's property that is designed to receive and transmit commercial non-broadcast communications signals via wireless technology using radio waves. The term includes, but is not limited to, multichannel multipoint distribution system (MMDS) antennae, wireless cable antennae and other similar technologies. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the term does not include the following: satellite dish antennae; AM/FM radio antennae; citizens band radio antennae; amateur radio (HAM) antennae; or digital audio radio services (DARS) antennae.
