“Outdoor dining area” means an outdoor patio area adjacent to an existing indoor restaurant which is set aside by the owner or proprietor of the restaurant for the placement of tables and chairs at which patrons of the restaurant shall be seated and served meals and/or beverages by employees of the restaurant.
