“Seasonal merchandise” means lawn and garden supplies, produce, bedding plants, nursery stock, fertilizer, sod, pumpkins, Christmas trees, holiday items and other similar merchandise and items which are customarily offered for sale outdoors during a particular season of the year and not at other times.
