“Structure” means anything constructed or erected upon or in the ground, including but not limited to reservoirs, swimming pools and tennis courts, but excluding utility poles and flagpoles. (Ord. 2002-40 § 3: Ord. 1985-6 § 4 (part); prior code § 5-2-2(KKK))
