“Yard” means an open space on the same lot with a building, that space being unoccupied and unobstructed from the ground upward by any structure or portion thereof, except a roof with projection of no more than three feet from the structure. (Ord. 1985-6 § 4 (part); prior code § 5-2-2(LLL))
