“Zoning district” means an area of population, the boundaries of which, unless otherwise specified in this title, shall be considered to be lot lines, centerlines of streets or extended streets, or city limit lines. (Ord. 1985-6 § 4 (part); prior code § 5-2-2(QQQ))
