Uses by right in the R-2.5 residential district are as follows:

A. Single-family dwelling;

B. Agriculture, including nurseries;

C. Riding stables;

D. Accessory uses customarily incident to the uses set out in subsections A and B of this section, including animal facilities as regulated by Sections 15.42.380 and 15.42.390;

E. Open space, parks and trails.
