A. Minimum Requirements.

1. Principal use:

a. Lot area, two and one-half acres;

b. Lot frontage, thirty feet;

c. Lot width, two hundred feet;

d. Front yard, one hundred feet;

e. Rear yard, one hundred feet;

f. Side yard, fifty feet.

2. Maximum dwelling units per gross acre: .4.

3. Accessory structures and uses shall comply with the minimum setbacks from property lines, except as otherwise provided in Section 15.42.140:

a. Front yard: one hundred feet;

b. Rear yard: fifty feet;

c. Side yard: twenty-five feet.
