A. Minimum Requirements.

1. Principal use:

a. Lot area, two acres;

b. Lot frontage, thirty feet;

c. Front yard, one hundred feet;

d. Rear yard, one hundred feet;

e. Side yard, fifty feet;

f. Lot width, one hundred seventy-five feet.

2. Maximum dwelling units per gross acre: .5.

3. Accessory structures and uses shall comply with the following minimum setbacks from property lines, except as otherwise provided in Section 15.42.140:

a. Front yard: one hundred feet;

b. Rear yard: fifty feet;

c. Side yard: twenty-five feet.
