A. Minimum Requirements.

1. Principal use:

a. Lot area, one and one-half acre;

b. Lot frontage, thirty feet;

c. Lot width, one hundred seventy-five feet;

d. Front yard, fifty feet;

e. Rear yard, fifty feet;

f. Side yard, forty feet.

2. Accessory structures and uses shall comply with the following minimum setbacks from property lines, except as otherwise provided in Section 15.42.140:

a. Front yard: fifty feet;

b. Rear yard: twenty-five feet;

c. Side yard: twenty feet.

3. Maximum total ground coverage for accessory structures shall be nine hundred square feet per gross acre of property. (Ord. 2002-39 § 5; Ord. 1987-1 § 1(Q) (part), (R) (part); prior code § 5-2-4(C)(4))
