A. No building shall have less than one story above grade or exceed thirty feet in height on individual lots of more than 2.25 acres in size, nor twenty-eight feet in height on individual lots of 2.25 acres or less.

B. Accessory buildings shall not exceed twelve feet in height. (Prior code § 5-2-4(C)(3))
