A. No building shall have less than one story above grade or exceed twenty-eight feet in height on individual lots greater than 0.8 acres in size, nor twenty-six feet on individual lots 0.8 acres or less in size.

B. Accessory buildings shall not exceed twelve feet in height. (Prior code § 5-2-4(D)(3))
