A. Accessory structures and uses shall comply with the following minimum setbacks from property lines, except as otherwise provided in Section 15.42.140:

1. Front yard: twenty-five (25) feet;

2. Rear yard: fifteen (15) feet;

3. Side yard: ten feet.

B. Garages shall conform to the minimum setback requirements as set forth in Sections 15.20.030 and 15.42.090 of this title. (Ord. 2002-39 § 8; Ord. 1990-53 § 3)
