Uses by right in the B-2 district are as follows:

A. Any use permitted in a B-1 zone;

B. Retail stores, including, but not limited to the following (not to exceed twenty thousand square feet per use and not including drive-in businesses):

1. Food store, convenience store,

2. Delicatessen,

3. Bakery goods store,

4. Liquor store,

5. Hardware store,

6. Drug store;

C. Service establishments including but not limited to the following (not to exceed twenty thousand square feet per use and not including drive-in businesses):

1. Barber and beauty shops,

2. Shoe repair shop,

3. Restaurant and bar,

4. Laundry and dry-cleaning pickup station,

5. Fine art studio;

D. Accessory uses customarily incident to a permitted use;
