A. Uses by right in the B-3 district are as follows:

1. Any use permitted in a B-2 zone, unrestricted as to use area;

2. Mortuary;

3. Special trade contractors, including plumbing, heating and electrical, provided that such businesses do not have outside storage and are performed entirely within an enclosed building;

4. Animal hospital and veterinary clinic;

5. Wholesale business, storage or warehousing, provided that such businesses do not have outside storage and are performed entirely within an enclosed building;

6. Cabinet shop, provided that such business does not have outside storage and is performed entirely within an enclosed building;

7. Accessory uses customarily incident to a permitted use;

8. Open space, parks and trails.
