Uses by right in the B-4 district are as follows:

A. All uses permitted in a B-1 zone;

B. Motels and motor hotels;

C. Mass transit facility;

D. Tavern, restaurant or eating place offering live entertainment, dancing or the sale of beer or alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises;

E. Commercial recreation (e.g., theaters);

F. Auto service stations and repair garages for minor repairs;

G. Retail stores for the sale of automobile parts and accessories, but not including the sale of new or used motor vehicles, mobile homes or travel trailers; junk, salvage or automobile wrecking yards; or drive-in businesses;
