Uses by right in the A district are as follows:

A. Agriculture;

B. Farm dwelling or buildings appurtenant to agricultural use;

C. Kennel or animal hospital, but not closer than five hundred feet to a residential district;

D. Open space, parks and trails;

E. Riding academy or stable;

F. Greenhouse;

G. Living quarters for persons customarily employed at the principal permitted use, not to exceed the limit of one dwelling unit per each five acres;

H. Accessory buildings or uses customarily incident to the uses set out in subsections A through G of this section. (Ord. 1998-52 § 14; prior code § 5-2-4(N)(2))
