Minimum requirements in the A district are as follows:

A. Minimum area, ten acres;

B. Minimum front width of lot for dwelling, three hundred feet;

C. Minimum net area of dwelling unit, one thousand eight hundred square feet. (Prior code § 5-2-4(N)(4))
