15.38.030 Use regulations.

A. All uses shall be integrated with and dispersed among the other uses within the town center district. Uses shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 15.42.410 through 15.42.500 and Chapter 15.46.

B. The following use regulations apply in the T.C. district:
1. Residential dwelling units: single-family or multifamily;
2. Office: general offices, medical and dental offices, pharmacies, computer facilities, light assembly and manufacturing, warehousing and/or storage of any commodity when enclosed within a building, and research laboratories;

3. Support uses: retail and service establishments which are designed to service the daily needs of the town center concept;
4. Other accessory uses: parking lots and parking structures (consistent with the ground coverage and open space requirements), parks, trails and open space, and transportation centers and systems;
5. Other uses: any use consistent with the uses set out in this section shall be allowed. (Ord. 1998-52 § 16; Ord. 1992-1; Ord. 1992-24 § 4; prior code § 5-2-4(P)(3))
