A. Surface parking and the surface area of structure parking within any town center district shall not exceed forty percent of the gross land area within the district.

B. Parking spaces shall be provided in quantities sufficient to contain all parking within the town center district boundaries without surface use of public streets. (Prior code § 5-2-4(P)(4)(b))
