Perimeter treatment in a town center district shall satisfy the following requirements:

A. Minimum Setback. Buildings around the periphery of any town center district shall be set back at least twenty-five feet from the district line.

B. Sign Limitations. Sign limitations are per the planned sign program, Sections 15.46.080 through 15.46.120 of this title.

C. Lighting Limitations. Lighting shall be designed and located so as not to produce excess glare or illumination beyond the boundary of the town center district. (Prior code § 5-2-4(P)(4)(e))
