Chapter 15.38 T.C. -- TOWN CENTER DISTRICT
15.38.170 Amendments to master plan--Posting of notice.
Notice of the hearing shall be posted within six feet of each
street, except an interstate highway, which forms the outer boundary of the town
center district, for a period of at least fifteen continuous days prior to the
date of the hearing. Each sign which is posted shall have the characteristics
specified in Diagram 15.38.170. On or before the date of the public hearing, the
applicant shall submit to the director of community development and planning an
affidavit of posting, signed by the applicant in the form specified in Form
15.38.170. This affidavit shall constitute prima facie evidence that notice of
the hearing was posted in accordance with the provisions of this section. (Ord.

Sign shall be professionally made or hand-stenciled with
dimensions as shown; enamel or weatherproofed painted letters; white background
on sturdy backing; minimum size as shown below; on two posts as shown below; six
feet from the edge of the street pavement. Signs must be posted at least fifteen
days before the scheduled hearing. Applicant shall submit a Polaroid photograph
of each sign posted to the director of community development and planning on or
before the date of the hearing.
This sign is exempt from the sign provisions of Title 15 of
the City of Greenwood Village Code. Signs shall be removed no later than four
calendar days following the hearing on the requested amendment.
