Chapter 15.38 T.C. -- TOWN CENTER DISTRICT


15.38.180 Amendments to master plan--Notice to owners.

The applicant shall notify by certified mail the owners of each parcel of real property within the town center district of the date, time and place of the public hearing. The notice shall be postmarked at least fifteen days prior to the date of the hearing. The notice shall be in the form specified in Form 15.38.180(A) and shall include a complete copy of the application for amendment. The applicant shall be responsible for obtaining the names

On or before the date of the hearing, the applicant shall file with the director of community development and planning an affidavit of mailing in the form specified in Form 15.38.180(B). This affidavit shall constitute prima facie evidence that notice of the hearing was mailed as provided in this section.
