Chapter 15.38 T.C. -- TOWN CENTER DISTRICT
15.38.250 Rezones (applicable only to Denver Technological Center town center district).
A. Procedure and Fees. The procedure and fees for rezoning
applications shall be the same as set forth in Chapter 15.52, except that
Section 15.52.025 shall not apply.
B. Information Required. The following information is
required of the owner(s) before rezoning can be considered:
1. Legal description of the property to be rezoned;

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held
before the City Council of the City of Greenwood Village at the City Hall, 6060
South Quebec Street, Greenwood Village, Colorado, at :00 p.m. on the
day of , on an application for an amendment
to the Master Development Plan for the Town Center
District. Interested persons may appear in person or by agent or attorney and be
heard.

1. That attached hereto is a correct list of the names and
addresses of all owners of land within the
Town Center District as shown by the records of the Arapahoe County
Assessor.
2. That at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date scheduled
for a hearing on the application for amendment to the Master Development Plan, I
mailed to said landowners by certified mail -- return receipt requested -- a
correct copy of the application and a properly completed copy of the notice
prescribed in Diagram 15.38.170 of the City of Greenwood Village Code.
3. That attached hereto are the return receipts for said
certified mailings.

2. A master development plan showing existing land uses,
zoning, building floor area, parking areas, open space, and the ratios thereof.
The plan shall also show ultimate land uses and gross floor areas of office,
residential, support and other uses and their mix or integration in the total
town center district, with probable apportionment of each within each major land
area. The plan shall include information about the proposed transportation
network.
C. This Section 15.38.250 shall apply only to the Denver
Technological Center town center district and not to any other town center
