Uses by right in the mixed commercial district are as follows:

A. Any uses permitted in the B-1, B-2, B-3 and B-4 zone districts;

B. Hotels, conference and convention facilities;

C. Banks, food service, and similar businesses with drive-in facilities;

D. Community facilities;

E. Motorcycle and boat dealerships, both new and used;

F. Accessory uses customarily incident to a permitted use;
