Unless otherwise specifically provided in the stipulations, the following provisions of this code shall apply to uses within a mixed commercial district:

A. Parking and loading regulations, Chapter 15.44;

B. Rubbish control, Section 15.42.400;

C. Fences, walls and other obstructions to view;

D. Performance standards, Sections 15.42.410 through 15.42.500;

E. Mechanical equipment screening, Section 15.42.340;

F. Signs, Chapter 15.46; and
