15.40.110 Plan format.

A. The final form of both the preliminary and final plans shall be of reproducible mylar or linen and sepia displaying a written and graphic scale with all sheets twenty-four inches by thirty-six inches in size. All graphic and written material shall be of a size and clarity to maintain legibility after reproduction to one-half scale. All written stipulations shall be on plan sheets. A marginal line shall be drawn completely around each sheet leaving an entirely blank margin of two inches on the left and one-half inch on all other sides. The number of each sheet, the total number of sheets, and the relation of each sheet to the overall plan shall be shown by a small key map on each sheet.
B. The following shall also be shown on the face of the plan:
1. The name of the mixed commercial development;
2. Certification blocks for the planning and zoning commission, the city council, and the county clerk and recorder. (Ord. 1984-20 § 1 (part): prior code § 5-2-4(Q)(8))
