Uses by right in the L-I district are as follows:

A. Accessory buildings or uses customarily incidental to a permitted use;

B. Assembly plants;

C. Beverage processing plants;

D. Bottling plants;

E. Laboratories and related facilities for scientific or medical research, experimentation and testing;

F. Laboratories and related facilities for film processing or computer software development;

G. Light manufacturing facilities;

H. Machine shops;

I. Millwork and textile production facilities;

J. Open space, parks and trails;

K. Outdoor storage, not to exceed ten percent of the total lot area;

L. Printing, publishing and lithographic shops and plants;

M. Start-up fabrication assembly and packaging of light metals, prepared materials or prefabricated parts, including electrical devices, if operated in a building of not more than three thousand square feet where no hazardous materials are used in the operation; and

N. Wholesale trade facilities for trade of durable and nondurable goods.
