Uses permitted pursuant to the terms and conditions of a special use permit, issued in accordance with Chapter 15.60, are as follows:

A. Contractor’s offices with equipment and trailer storage of less than three thousand square feet, or ten percent of the total lot area, whichever is greater, subject to screening and landscaping standards contained in the design

B. Distribution facilities;

C. Government maintenance facilities;

D. Manufacturing and processing industries not permitted as a use by right;

E. Sexually oriented businesses, subject to the requirements set forth in this title;

F. Transportation facilities; and
