The supplementary regulations set out in this chapter and in Chapters 15.44, 15.46, 15.48 and 15.50 of this title shall apply to all zone districts except that:

A. Only Sections 15.42.410 through 15.42.515 and Chapter 15.46 shall apply to the Denver Technological Center town center district;

B. Only Sections 15.42.200 through 15.42.260, 15.42.410 through 15.42.515 and Chapter 15.46 shall apply to town center districts other than the Denver Technological Center;

C. Only Sections 15.44.030, 15.44.050, 15.42.260, 15.42.310, 15.42.320, 15.42.340, 15.42.400, 15.42.515 and Chapter 15.46 shall apply in the mixed commercial zone district unless otherwise specifically provided in an approved mixed commercial plan and stipulations.
