A. Subject to termination as provided in Section 15.46.160, any nonconforming sign may be continued in operation and maintained after the effective date of the ordinance which caused the sign to become nonconforming.

B. Any owner or operator of a nonconforming sign in a newly annexed area shall terminate such nonconforming sign in accordance with the provisions of Section 15.46.160(E) with the effective date of the annexation ordinance being with the start of any time limitation.
