15.76.070 Preliminary approval.

A. Conceptual approval of a residential cluster development project may be made in a preliminary development plan. While this approval constitutes preliminary approval of the project, final approval of a residential cluster development is required prior to issuance of a building permit. The purpose of a final development plan is to establish the precise site and building plan(s).
B. The final cluster development application must be submitted within twelve months of preliminary approval. While a cluster development is intended to resolve issues pertaining to use, the subdivision land development regulations, the storm drainage design and technical criteria code, comprehensive plan policy and other policies, the final cluster development plan is intended to implement the conceptual residential cluster development standards and establish the precise site and building plan.
