The Greenwood Village Municipal Court has many facets all of which are an important part of your experience with our court. The information provided here is intended to make your experience with the Greenwood Village Municipal Court easy as possible. Methods of Payment
We accept cash, checks, or credit card (Discover, MasterCard, American Express or Visa). Cash or a credit card is required as payment for bonds or outstanding judgment warrants.
Online Payments for Plea Bargains
The City of Greenwood Village is now offering the ability to pay online for the Plea Bargain process. This process is available to anyone offered a plea bargain on the eCiation issued by an Officer or via a letter sent by the Court. Your participation in the plea bargain process is optional, and you can always choose to appear on the appearance date. If no plea was offered, you must appear in court.
You will be directed to a secure website. You will need your citation number. This can be found in the upper right hand corner of your summons/complaint and begins with a capital J followed by a five digit number. A convenience fee of $1.50 per transaction will apply. The Village is unable to issue any refunds once payment is sent. If you believe the amount due is incorrect, please call the Municipal Court office at 303-773-6033 prior to submitting your payment.
