No Permit Required

No permits are required for grading or landscaping activities within 10 feet of a property line or within a drainage easement, less than 500 square feet of disturbed area, less than 10 cubic yards of earthwork, remove and replace less than 100 square feet of impervious area, and add less than 100 square feet of impervious area.

Landscaping Permit

Landscaping permits are required for grading or landscaping activities within 10 feet of a property line or within a drainage easement or more than 500 square feet of disturbed area and less than 10 cubic yards of earthwork, remove and replace less than 100 square feet of existing impervious area, and add less than 100 square feet of existing impervious area

Grading Permit

Grading permits are required for more than 10 cubic yards of earthwork.

Flatwork Permit

Flatwork permits are required for removal and replacement of at least 100 square feet of existing impervious area, or addition of at least 100 square feet of existing impervious area.
