Fashion Show (1)Come join a fun and friendly group of active seniors on Mondays at the Curtis Center for the Arts.
There are a variety of free classes offered for those 50 and over.


Senior Activities
Fit at 50+ - Mondays, 9:00 - 9:20 a.m. Free. Simple stretching and toning exercises to your favorite music.
Focus 50+ - Mondays, 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. Enjoy a variety of foods, good conversation, interesting topics and lots of laughs at each event! Free and open to weekly drop-ins. For questions and schedule please contact Gina Oldenburg, 720-227-8685.
Curtis Dancers - Mondays, 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. Learn new dances, practice old and enjoy and hour of energy, fun and exercise.  This program is on-going and free to seniors.  Please call Cathy Delap, 303-486-5766, for more information.
Harmonikats - Mondays, 11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. Learn to play the harmonica in a relaxed, friendly environment. You'll learn several songs to entertain your family and friends. Bring a C note harmonica. Please call Cathy Delap, 303-486-5766, for more information.

October 1: How to Write a Memoir or Autobiography
   Where to start and the differences between a memoir and autobiography.
October 8:  Chair Yoga
   Learn simple stretching and cardio techniques while sitting to strengthen and
   tone as you learn to relieve back pain and other physical discomforts.
October 15: Art at Curtis
October 22: Field Trip - Location to be announced
October 29:  Halloween Party
   Wear your favorite costume.
November 5: A Taste of Scotland
November 12: Performance at Aspen Academy
November 19: A Thanksgiving Special
November 26:  All About You II
   A unique opportunity to share favorite memories, experiences, stories, etc.
