Greenwood Village Sock Drive 2023

Sock it to 'Em Sock Drive

The City of Greenwood Village is collecting new socks to help Coloradans experiencing homelessness this winter, beginning Thursday, November 2 through Wednesday, January 17 as part of the annual Socking it Together donation event in coordination with several south metro Denver cities. All sock donations will benefit the Sock It To ‘Em Campaign, a Denver nonprofit serving local homeless shelters. Socks are one of the primary clothing needs of those experiencing homelessness, and having clean, dry socks helps prevent foot ailments that can lead to emergency room visits.

Since 2012, the Sock It To ‘Em Sock Campaign has given away over 1 million pairs of socks throughout the U.S. Last year, Greenwood Village collected nearly 4,500 pairs of new socks.
