Election Judges

Update February 14, 2024:

The application is now closed as we have received enough interest to fill all available Election Judge positions for the April 16 Special Election.

The City of Greenwood Village welcomes interested residents to serve as temporary election workers, called election judges, for the April 16, 2024 Special Municipal Election. Election judges are essential to ensuring that elections are a success. This is a unique opportunity to get involved in your local government and play a role in the democratic process.

Election Judge Duties

During the election cycle, election judges’ roles are dispersed throughout the election process to serve in a single or multitude of areas in administering, verifying, or counting ballots.

This is a paid opportunity, as the City of Greenwood Village pays election judges for work and training.

Completing the Election Judge Application does not ensure an appointment as an election judge. If appointed, you will receive additional information and an official Certificate of Appointment at a later date. Serving as an election judge is a temporary position with the City of Greenwood Village limited to the duration of the special election cycle.

If you have any questions, please email the City Clerk or call 303-804-4113.
