Annual Operating & Capital Improvement Budget

At the November 3, 2025, meeting, Greenwood Village City Council adopted the 2026 Annual Operating and Capital Improvement Budget. The primary purpose of Greenwood Village’s budget and budgetary process is to develop, adopt, and implement a fiscally sound and sustainable plan to accomplish the established goals of the upcoming year while remaining consistent with the City’s long-term vision.

Development of the 2026 Annual Operating and Capital Improvement Budget focused on maintaining the existing levels of service, reinvesting in the infrastructure of the community, and ensuring the financial health of the organization without the addition of new taxes or issuance of debt. Below, learn more about how the City will be spending those dollars this year.

Annual Comprehensive Financial Report

Each year, the City of Greenwood Village completes an Annual Comprehensive Financial Report, which is provided to the City Council.
