[ARCHIVED] Tree Branch Pickup - Update May 31

Large machine picking up branches

Village crews have been working diligently to remove branches and will continue. As of Friday, May 28, all residential areas east of I-25 will have been picked-up. Crews will move to Monaco Street and begin their work as they head west. A contractor is working on the west side of town and heading east. Due to the large number of branches, it is anticipated the initial removal in each neighborhood will be completed by Friday, June 3.

We understand some residents placed branches out this past weekend and into next week and once an initial pass is complete in all neighborhoods, crews will begin a second pass.

Please remember to cut all branches to 10 feet or less and place the piles in the street so the large equipment does not damage lawns or driveways.

For more information, please call Public Works at 303-708-6100 or email us.
